as his second in command. I led an army of Conquistadors and we were looking for Gold! After looking for jewls strange people came and offered us gifts, They claimed to be "The Aztecs".
Moctezuma gave us many gifts on our march to Tenochitilan. I started to think that he was hoping we would go back, If they gave us enough gifts. On our march towards Tenochitilan
we were greeted with even more gifts. On our way we stopped in a small village. Where we later took over our first spot and set camp. I managed to capture a young lady named Malinche. Later I learned that
she could speak both Mayan, Nahuatl, the key to translating with the Aztecs.
